Sales Manager Electromobility (Hunter) – France (m/f/d)
CarMedialab is a German company that develops and distributes software and hardware for use in public transport. The charging processes of e-buses are controlled worldwide with the intelligent charge management system from CarMedialab. In a young and diverse team, we work together on sustainable products and innovations.
To support our international sales team in the French market as soon as possible, we are looking for a Sales Manager Electromobility (m/f/d) – France. The position is preferably available at our location in Bruchsal or Berlin, as well as remotely.

- Location: hybrid (Berlin, Bruchsal or remote)
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline
- Self-motivated, technologically adept, organized, strategic thinker
- Experience in analyzing and developing market strategies, gathering requirements, identifying partners and subcontractors, winning themes, capturing planning, and recognizing long-term potential for prospects
- Ability to improvise, multitask, learn from mistakes, problem solve, and adapt quickly
- Proficiency in email, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook)
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20 %)
- Very good French (C2) and English (C1) language skills
Your Tasks
- Intensive acquisition of new customers
- Providing comprehensive support to existing customers
- Preparation of quotations and offers
- Active consulting and sales based on customer needs and requirements
- Coordinating and processing tenders
- Setting appointments with prospects
- Building rapport with all levels of the prospect organization
- Finding innovative solutions to address customer concerns
- Delivering presentations to prospects
