You can apply directly via our careers page or by email to jobs@carmedialab.com. After your job application arrives, we will usually confirm receipt within 2 business days. Then you need to have a bit of patience: we will need to review your documents and consult with the responsible members of our staff.
Feedback & Invitation
We will usually get back to you within 7-14 business days. If we are convinced by your application, we will invite you for an interview. This is your chance to show us your skills and motivation.
Interview & first impressions
We conduct all initial interviews digitally with HR and the team leader of the department. Here we clarify the first questions. After the initial interview, you will receive feedback within a week as to whether a second interview will take place. Depending on the department and/or position involved, you may then be asked to complete a small task and/or invited to meet the team.
Contractual offer
Do we agree that you are a good fit for us and vice versa? Do you like the spirit and think that you would thrive here with us? Great, then welcome to the team! We want you to feel at home with us from the moment you sign your contract. You are welcome to participate in our team events or company events. This is a great opportunity for both sides to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.
Onboarding
You’ll be a full-fledged member of our company’s team from the very first day, and we warmly welcome you! As part of our culture, we have employee reviews and regular development meetings. Feedback meetings with your manager and HR will take place after just 8 weeks, as well as after the first 2 and 6 months. This is our way of making sure you’re happy here and that everything is going well for everyone.

The entrance to the TRIWO Technopark visitor parking lot is located on the right-hand side in front of the railroad underpass (navigation address: Werner-von-Siemens-Straße 8, 76646 Bruchsal). If the barrier is closed, press the bell. The CarMedialab office is located on the other side of the street in building 5112 on the 4th floor. The entrance is barrier-free.
